1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gram platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including operators, auditors, and viewers.

2. Description of Services

Gram provides a blockchain-based gold traceability platform that tracks artisanal gold through the supply chain from mine to vault. Our services include data anchoring, cryptographic verification, compliance monitoring, and public provenance verification. The platform creates immutable records by publishing Merkle roots on the Polygon blockchain.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

4. Data Accuracy & Integrity

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you submit to the platform. Once data is anchored on the blockchain, it cannot be modified or deleted. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account termination and may constitute a violation of applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Gram platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Gram Pte. Ltd. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gram Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
